I was lucky enough to be gifted a new Funko Pop for my collection by a friend for Christmas this year - a Pop from my favourite TV series no less! Gus Fring from Breaking Bad is such a great character and this version of Gus is after he'd been exploded, which gives this figure some great detail.
There are several other Breaking Bad Pop's available in this line - they're listed on the back of the packaging for Gus in fact, ain't that handy!
Gus is a great little figure. If you've ever picked up a Funko Pop in the past, you'll know what to expect: a super stylized figure which has limited articulation - kept to the neck letting the head swivel side to side.
Gus is wearing a sharp blue suit, which has been spoiled a little with blood stains (he wouldn't like that), and black shirt and tie and black shoes. The paint apps are kept to a minimum on the figure apart from on the face but the sculpting is really solid throughout, with buttons and pockets on the jacket and good details in his face.
Gus looks gruesome and bloodied after his "accident" in the retirement home and there's a nice few colours used to highlight the blood, muscle and burnt flesh in Gus' face.
I really like this figure, it's a fun representation of one of the coolest Breaking Bad characters (I'm not saying violence or cooking meth is cool, but Gus was so damn suave!) and I'm happy to have a Breaking Bad figure added to my collection.
